Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs.
• Build roadmaps showing priorities, milestones, and risks.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
• Apply and improve program management processes to stay lean and audit-ready.
• Identify blockers and resource constraints early.
• Partner with engineering leads and product managers to meet commitments.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in product, program, or project management (hardware/software).
• Experience managing cross-functional programs in robotics, autonomy, or industrial tech.
• Familiar with Agile and stage-gate delivery methodologies.
• Strong communicator; translate complexity into clear updates and accountability.
• Thrives in high-growth environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, monday.com; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
