Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage legacy app retirement and migration across a payments platform program
• Define disposition paths for legacy systems: retire, remediate, or migrate
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependency maps across workstreams
• Identify risks and blockers early; drive resolution with stakeholders
• Track milestones and report status to program leadership and client stakeholders
• Coordinate across engineering, infrastructure, security, and compliance teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience running technical programs involving migration, modernization, or retirement
• Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical scoping and sequencing
• Experience in payments, banking, or regulated financial services
• Familiarity with cloud migration concepts and AWS or similar
• Working knowledge of Agile and tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Experience managing risk, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
