📋 Description

• Lead execution across hardware, software, and autonomy programs.
• Own the Integrated Master Schedule and align engineering efforts.
• Coordinate hardware builds, test cycles, and software/firmware dependencies.
• Track progress, surface risks, and ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams.
• Drive cross-functional programs aligned to the product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical/program management or engineering programs.
• Strong technical depth with hardware and software teams.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs on time and budget.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; bias for action.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and program tracking tools.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles, NPIs, and enterprise software.
