Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery lifecycle from planning to release.
• Define scope, timelines, and resource allocation for predictable delivery.
• Advise engineering on design decisions and technical strategy.
• Lead delivery across backend, frontend, and cloud-based systems.
• Enforce engineering best practices and scalable architectures; maintain code quality.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and monitor velocity, quality, and predictability.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12 years of software engineering and technical program delivery.
• Strong foundation as Software Developer/Engineer (must-have).
• Experience as Tech Lead or Senior Engineer before PM roles.
• Minimum 3+ years in Delivery or Technical Project Management.
• Hands-on development: Backend (Python/Java/Node.js); Frontend (React).
• System design, microservices, APIs; Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure); Jira.
