Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own access operations end-to-end for internal CX admin platform.
• Drive security remediation toward least-privilege models through RBAC.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to update permission models for new features.
• Maintain runbooks, access matrices, and internal documentation.
• Identify tooling gaps and convert into clear engineering/operational work items.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical program or project management for internal tools or platform operations.
• Experience designing/administering RBAC or LDAP/identity entitlement frameworks.
• Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, security, and business teams on access changes and
• Experience writing technical documentation for internal audiences (runbooks, matrices, guides).
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.
