📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs for Omnichannel across Eng/Prod/Operations.
• Define roadmaps, manage dependencies, secure resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish processes to improve teamwork, communication, and accountability.
• Engage with key merchants to capture feedback and coordinate resolutions.
• Drive launch readiness, migrations, and related initiatives.
• Support annual/quarterly planning and capacity alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or related tech roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs.
• Strong planning, dependency, and risk management skills.
• Ability to translate customer problems to actions with engineering leaders.
• Experience with customers/enterprise clients; manage escalations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
