📋 Description

• Build roadmaps and drive execution alongside stakeholders and cross-functional partners, keeping
• Coordinate and manage execution of production deployments end to end, using tools such as Jira and
• Manage changes, partnering closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure changes are safe
• Lead projects, including environment migrations and end-user deliveries, from kickoff through
• Independently gather the information you need, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and keep
• Progressively build structure, process, and clarity in areas where workflows are not yet fully

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar) leading cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating production deployments and change management, ideally with Jira
• A track record of delivering projects such as environment migrations and end-user rollouts.
• Strong project and program management skills, including roadmap creation and execution.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to stay effective under pressure.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and bringing order to them over time.
