Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of programs across product and engineering teams.
• Align scope, milestones, risks, and success metrics for initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk.
• Facilitate technical and business discussions and capture decisions.
• Establish governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Support release cycles and coordinate with vendors and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–7 years in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• 2+ years supporting fintech initiatives (banking, payments, trading).
• Strong SDLC and Agile experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects involving distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of financial regulations (KYC/AML) and compliance basics.
