Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own internal engineering roadmap and translate needs into sequenced plans across software/hardware.
• Run demand-intake and prioritization for shared core teams, protecting capacity from disruption.
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers before they escalate.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and risks using agile/traditional methods.
• Establish and run the engineering operating rhythm, planning cycles, and risk reviews.
• Surface capacity shortfalls and data-driven resourcing trade-offs for staffing decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• MSc, MEng or equivalent with robotics/embedded systems or complex HW/SW products.
• 5+ years of technical program or delivery management experience in engineering.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong grasp of agile and traditional planning methods and when to apply each.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills; drive prioritization without authority.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated HW/SW domains is a plus.
