📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across engineering, AI, software, robotics, infrastructure
• Turn ambiguity into clear plans and keep multi-team delivery predictable.
• Deliver programs, drive efficiency, manage risk, and align execution with business goals.
• TPM across robotics, evaluation & validation, AI platform, and data operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and partners to deliver impact.
• Drive continuous improvement and align with Wayve’s strategic priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex, multi-team software or technology programs in fast-paced environments.
• Technically strong: comfortable with engineers and ML/robotics stacks, even if you don’t code.
• Systems thinking: understand how parts of a complex system fit together.
• Stays neutral under pressure and adapts in ambiguity to keep teams aligned.
• Strong project management: planning, prioritising, risk and dependency management.
• Clear communicator and collaborative leader who can influence without authority.
