Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Drive AI/software programs from planning to launch.
• Own schedules, plans, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and status; adapt to shifts.
• Coordinate backend, frontend, ML/AI, and data workstreams.
• Identify and escalate technical blockers and dependencies.
• Communicate clear program status to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Technical Program Management or cross-functional software roles.
• Engage in technical discussions, read architecture diagrams, and identify risks.
• Familiar with APIs, cloud basics, VCS, CI/CD, and Agile.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and production AI features.
• Track record keeping programs organized, in startups or consulting.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
