🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex, multi-team software or technology programs in fast-paced or early-stage
• Technically strong; comfortable with engineers and modern software, ML, and robotics stacks, even
• Systems thinking; understand how parts of a complex system fit together and ripple effects of
• Stays neutral under pressure; adapts in high-tension, ambiguous situations to keep teams aligned.
• Strong project management; planning, prioritising, risk/dependency management, and adapting as
• Clear communicator; explain complex ideas simply, surface risk early, listen well, keep teams
