Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for complex, cross-functional technical programs
• Partner with hardware, firmware, software, product, operations, quality, supply chain, and external
• Establish program plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, decision points, and success
• Drive phase-gate reviews, launch-readiness assessments, and go/no-go decisions
• Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks and develop mitigation plans with program
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear decisions, actions, tradeoffs, and escalation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, product
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple engineering
• Strong understanding of program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, launch readiness
• Ability to understand technical tradeoffs and use structured analysis to guide decisions without
• Demonstrated success building consensus and driving execution across teams with competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations
