Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Hivemind Enterprise Delivery, serving as the program manager for successful delivery of
• Drive hardware and software alignment by partnering with aircraft engineering teams to ensure
• Establish clear program objectives tied to mission impact, customer success, strategic growth
• Own development and execution of integrated project plans including scope, schedules, milestones
• Drive timely, high-quality technical and programmatic decisions across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate system integration activities across labs, ground test, and flight test operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 9 years with a Master's degree
• Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering programs from concept through production
• Experience in military aviation
• Strong technical understanding of software-enabled systems, autonomy, aerospace systems, or complex
• Successful management of program execution across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and technical
• Experience with Program Management Reviews (PMRs), gate reviews, and estimates
