Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives, from initial planning and scoping through
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams spanning data engineering, web and mobile application
• Partner with product managers to translate product strategies and roadmaps into executable delivery
• Lead application-focused initiatives, including web and mobile feature releases, API integrations
• Drive progress in situations involving competing priorities or ambiguity by identifying blockers
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, delivery milestones, and opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex technical programs or initiatives within
• Proven experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering disciplines, including data
• Strong technical understanding of data systems, including the ability to interpret data models
• Practical knowledge of application development and architecture, including system architecture
• Strong program and project management skills, including delivery planning, dependency management
• Experience establishing processes and delivery frameworks in environments where structure is
