• 10+ years leading global product development with client accounts.
• 8+ years leading end-to-end program management for large-scale retail tech (POS/store systems).
• 5+ years leading managers; executive-level communication skills.
• Strong Agile experience; backlog management; digital product delivery.
• Strategic vision; ability to communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience defining program roadmaps, deployment governance, and post-production support.
