📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence.
• Serve as the primary technical program contact for government customers.
• Translate government requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual obligations.
• Provide clear communication across Cohere's engineering org, customer stakeholders, and government leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as customer-facing Technical/Engineering PM in AI/ML delivery.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder programs with compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certs a plus.
• Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance.
