Technical Program Manager, AI Delivery for Public Sector & Defense, France

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical program delivery for public sector/defence customers from deployment to production.
• Act as the primary technical program contact, building relationships with CIOs and IT directors.
• Translate government requirements (security, compliance, data sovereignty) into engineering plans.
• Navigate procurement processes, RFPs, and contractual obligations.
• Communicate progress and technical roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-team coordination to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as customer-facing Technical or Engineering PM in AI/ML or enterprise software.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder programs with stringent compliance.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
• Deployment architectures (cloud/on-prem/hybrid/air-gapped); LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning.
