• LLM training or optimization knowledge or experience.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized; skilled at capturing notes and actions.
• Bias for action; execution-focused and delivery-driven.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ship technical products/services.
• Able to hold leaders and contributors accountable while staying diplomatic.
