📋 Description

• Own the operating model and design/run core processes
• Connect research and product by understanding both
• Filter and triage inbound partnership requests
• Track dependencies to resolution
• Run hiring logistics
• Map the ecosystem and lead the first data challenge

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience in programme management, research operations, or a comparable
• Have a demonstrated ability to design and run processes from scratch, coordinate multiple
• Are able to influence senior stakeholders and expert teams without formal authority, and follow
• Communicate with clarity and economy: you can make complex topics actionable for non-technical
• Have enough understanding of machine learning to follow research discussions and judge which
• Are fluent in English; working French is required
