Technical Program Manager, AI Safety & Safeguards

📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, research, and design to shape technical roadmaps, long-term
• Translate product and safety objectives into execution plans balancing near-term delivery and
• Lead cross-functional programs end to end from problem definition to implementation, launch, and
• Own milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation, decisions, and accountability across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with engineers on system architecture, public/internal APIs, cloud deployment patterns
• Drive development and rollout of safeguards such as model evaluations, post-training mitigations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record delivering high-impact technical programs across product, platform, API
• Technical judgment across distributed systems, cloud deployments, APIs, developer platforms, and
• Ability to engage credibly with engineers on system design, reliability, deployment constraints
• Experience delivering developer-facing platforms and understanding impact on customer and developer
• Understanding of safety systems, guardrails, monitoring, investigations, and incident response.
• Strong program management, coordinating multiple workstreams and turning ambiguity into accountable
