Technical Program Manager – Cloud Platform

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of major cloud platform initiatives
• Partner closely with Customer Success teams and customers to plan deployment schedules, sequence
• Coordinate across engineering, services, customers, and leadership to ensure programs remain
• Take ownership of cross-functional coordination and operational overhead so engineering teams can
• Build, maintain, and communicate a clear product and program roadmap aligned with business and
• Gather, consolidate, and structure product requirements from services teams, customers, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a closely related technical delivery
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products, engage credibly with
• Demonstrated ability to earn the confidence and respect of engineering teams through strong
• Expert proficiency with Azure DevOps, including backlogs, boards, releases, work tracking, and
• Proven experience managing deadline-driven programs involving multiple stakeholder groups
• Excellent organizational, coordination, documentation, and written communication skills.
