Technical Program Manager, Customer Experience

📋 Description

• Lead CX technology programs end-to-end, from problem definition and requirements through design
• Partner with CX leadership to define the technical roadmap for the customer experience
• Translate customer and business problems into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive integration programs connecting CRM, Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, Product, billing
• Support a single customer view and improve customer health and risk infrastructure.
• Drive AI-enabled CX programs for self-service, agent productivity, onboarding, and more.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management, leading complex technology programs.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, enterprise technology or high-growth digital environment.
• Experience managing programs across multiple systems, integrations, APIs, data flows and technical
• Solid grasp of software development lifecycle in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Program fundamentals: requirements, scope, roadmap, dependency and risk management, technical
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with operational and customer data.
