Technical Program Manager - Data Center Delivery

📋 Description

• Own the integrated program schedule from site handoff to Network Deployment.
• Coordinate rack requirements to design, permit, build, and turnover.
• Track milestones across readiness, permits, utilities, design, and procurement.
• Partner with Real Estate, Engineering, CM, Commissioning, and Operations.
• Maintain site risk registers, dependencies, decisions, and updates.
• Escalate delivery risks with facts, status and owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data center delivery or related fields.
• Experience with data centers, cloud infra, or large campuses.
• Deep knowledge of the data center delivery lifecycle.
• Cross-functional coordination across engineering, CM, commissioning, ops, utilities.
• Manage integrated schedules, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Strong written/verbal communication; able to operate independently.
