• 3+ years in program, delivery, or operations coordination
• Strong stakeholder mgmt; comfortable with ambiguity
• Technically fluent to coordinate with engineers and ML; no production coding
• Structured approach with proactive risk/issue management
• Clear, frequent communicator; ability to align many parties
• Collaborative; growth mindset; systems thinking; product-minded
