Own end-to-end release management across teams.
Enforce change safety standards (risk assessments, rollbacks, feature flags).
Lead reliability initiatives for test coverage, observability, incident readiness.
Define and report reliability metrics (change failure rate, MTTR, SLI).
Identify systemic gaps in release, testing, monitoring; create improvement plans with owners.
Drive rapid triage and resolution of customer-reported issues with Product and User Ops.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technical program or release management in SaaS.
Experience as Software QA/Test Engineer, preferably SaaS.
Strong CI/CD, release cycles, and infra planning knowledge.
Experience partnering with engineering/product leadership for cross-team quality.
Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Track record of building scalable systems and processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
