📋 Description

• End-to-End program ownership: plan, schedule, and deliver enterprise programs.
• Cross-functional architecture: manage dependencies across teams to deliver frontier agents.
• Technical translation to executives: translate complex tech into clear business insights for engineers and leadership.
• Risk and dependency mitigation: proactively identify and mitigate AI deployment risks.
• Process evolution: modernize agile workflows (Jira, Linear) to support ML/software lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Enterprise-Scale Experience in TPM or tech leadership.
• 2+ years engineering domain experience focused on core infra, platform services, or distributed systems.
• AI/ML literacy: understanding of Generative AI lifecycle, LLM usage, and evaluation.
• Masterful communication: ability to influence executives and translate tech to business impact.
• Execution excellence: strong in iterative development and tooling (Jira, Linear).
• Growth mindset: eager to learn and engage with ML/GenAI practices.
