📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex enterprise programs, from kickoff through
• Be the primary point of contact for customer program teams and executive sponsors, building trusted
• Run program governance, incl. steering committees, executive updates, status reporting &amp
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies and success criteria, and keep programs on track by
• Plan ahead for risks and dependencies, and guide stakeholders through key decisions with clear
• Champion change with customers through stakeholder alignment, training and adoption plans, so new

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program or project management, delivering complex enterprise software, data
• Significant customer-facing experience, comfortable leading the room with senior stakeholders and
• A consistent record of delivering multi-stakeholder programs on time and to a high standard
• A natural change leader who has helped customers and teams adopt new tools, processes or ways of
• Technical enough to go deep with engineers on data pipelines, integrations and cloud platforms.
• Comfortable working at multiple altitudes: shaping program strategy with executives one day
