Technical Program Manager, Fleet Operations (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Outpost-enabled mobile fleet assets (acquisition to transfer or
• Maintain real-time inventory across company-owned, leased, and vendor trailers (GeoTab exposure).
• Build scalable logistics for deploying, recovering, and repositioning trailers across regions.
• Coordinate with PSO for field delivery, setup, and redeployment of mobile units.
• Design preventive maintenance to boost fleet readiness and reduce downtime.
• Ensure road readiness and regulatory compliance (DOT, inspections, insurance, documentation).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing physical assets, fleet operations, or related logistical programs.
• Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance, transportation logistics, DOT compliance, asset lifecycle
• Strong vendor-management skills: setting expectations, tracking performance, and cross-region
• Highly organized, process-driven, execution-focused with attention to detail and accountability.
