Technical Program Manager (Gen AI Data Engine), Public Sector

📋 Description

• Lead GenAI data workflows and ML Ops for a national security customer.
• Manage customer relationships from executives to end users.
• Collaborate with national security and intelligence customers on genAI data workflows.
• Lead or support cross functional project teams to deliver AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and pain points to ensure success.
• Learn concepts and tools to craft or improve solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or customer facing roles
• Basic understanding of ML Ops including GenAI data labeling, training, and evaluation
• Analytics-driven problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willingness to be onsite near Northern Virginia 3+ days/week and travel 25%
