Technical Program Manager, Hardware

📋 Description

• Manage technical projects or programs, milestones, schedules and budgets.
• Interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, including executives.
• Develop and drive new processes; recommend tools or streamline existing processes.
• Use exceptional communication to understand and communicate project strategy, engineering issues and dependencies.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies with a cross-functional engineering team.
• Primarily in-office; based in the Santa Clara, CA office.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS/EE or equivalent technical/quantitative experience.
• 8+ years of PM experience in hardware and software releases.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall release processes.
• Customer-service focus; communicate with technical management teams.
• Team player; lead technical teams, cross-functional groups and vendors.
• Strong organizational, PM, and communication skills; product lifecycle knowledge.
