Technical Program Manager, Incident Response

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end incident coordination across eng, security, legal, and customers.
• Design scalable incident management processes, runbooks, and escalations.
• Lead post-incident reviews and remediation tracking across teams.
• Build incident readiness with tabletop exercises and on-call improvements.
• Serve as the comms hub during incidents for execs and legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in incident management or TPM in software/security.
• Lead cross-functional teams under high-pressure situations.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infra.
• Strong organizational skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience building IR programs from scratch with processes and metrics.
• High EI and ability to communicate with engineers, executives, and legal.
