• Design incident management processes and runbooks for scalable ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in incident management or technical program management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure with clear judgment.
• Tech depth in distributed systems, cloud infra, and security concepts.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Experience building incident response programs from scratch.
• Excellent communication with engineers, executives, legal, and external stakeholders.
