Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and ops to define scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage project risks with mitigation strategies and timely resolution.
• Primary point of contact for status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification or in process.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional SaaS/infrastructure programs (DevOps, Security, Cloud).
• Experience with FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD.
• Strong communication and collaboration to influence stakeholders.
