📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional infra programs spanning multiple engineering orgs.
• Partner with EMs, Tech Leads, and engineers to scope and drive large programs.
• Develop proposals, docs, and KPIs to measure success.
• Shape technical designs and forecast roadblocks with trade-offs.
• Drive programs across Stripe’s core infrastructure in payments.
• Operationalize cross-functional initiatives for scale and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS or related field; 5+ years PM/engineering exp.
• 4+ years in Core infrastructure: compute, networking, databases, services.
• 4+ years in software/project management lifecycle.
• 2+ years in SOA; 5+ years in software architecture; 1+ year SQL.
