Technical Program Manager, Integrations

📋 Description

• Own integration framework, marketplace & connectors roadmap
• Decide which integrations to build, deepen or deprecate
• Serve as central integration layer across Heidi products
• Drive migration to new integration framework & shared infra
• Balance regional priorities while building a scalable platform
• Collaborate with EHR partners and platform teams on API changes

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in technical/analytical field
• 4+ years in product, integrations or technical roles
• Fluency with SMART on FHIR, HL7 v2 (ADT, ORM, ORU), FHIR, OAuth
• Experience shipping platform/framework products
• Ability to make build-vs-configure trade-offs
• Strong roadmap leadership under multi-regional pressures
