Technical Program Manager, Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Own the program for expanding access to Anthropic's life sciences verification programs: scoping
• Scope and drive the cross-org engineering work that each expansion requires, from new plan and
• Partner with the product manager to turn program goals into a sequenced plan with clear owners and
• Drive clarity on data access, retention, and review requirements, and on the changes they require
• Drive user experience scoping across the Claude product surfaces where the program is available
• Find and remove the technical blockers that keep eligible organizations from accessing life

🎯 Requirements

• Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of
• Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
• Can engage meaningfully with the engineers doing the work, from platform and access systems to
• Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed
• Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without
