Technical Program Manager - LOIS

📋 Description

• Own the master program plan for LOIS feature development with timelines and dependencies.
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers across engineering, product, ML, data science, SRE, and ops.
• Establish lightweight coordination infrastructure and rituals, using Linear for visibility.
• Serve as the main link between LOIS dev teams and stakeholders (QA, operations).
• Update forecasts and communicate tradeoffs when changes occur to maintain momentum.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership on release planning and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management delivering complex software across distributed teams.
• Able to manage large multi-workstream programs under ambiguity and constraints.
• Deep familiarity with software engineering practices; comfortable with APIs, infrastructure, and tradeoffs.
• Proven track record building coordination processes where none existed; balanced formal vs lightweight methods.
• Strong experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalents to surface dependencies and progress.
• Experience with ML or LLM-based products where models and data pipelines intersect delivery.
