📋 Description

Lead a team of TPMs and PGMs to deliver cross-cutting programs.
Hire, coach, and grow a team of TPMs across Stripe.
Act as a TPM on the most complex initiatives that need hands-on leadership.
Define and deliver long-term vision and multi-year strategy for risk programs.
Define success criteria, delivery plans, track risks, and ensure execution.
Improve cross-team communication and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of management experience, including managing managers
8+ years in software eng, systems eng, or technical PM/PM
Coaching and mentoring experience to grow talent
Experience driving technical programs from ideation to delivery at scale
Ability to lead across multiple teams in different time zones
Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams
