Technical Program Manager, MarTech

📋 Description

• Own the integrated delivery plan across CRM strategy and delivery, Salesforce platform, and data
• Lead program transitions from incumbent agencies or platforms, including knowledge transfer, system
• Run intake for new requests: log, size and prioritize work with program leadership, and assign it
• Track and manage dependencies across workstreams and with client technology, security, legal and
• Maintain risk, issue and decision logs, and escalate early with clear options and recommendations.
• Manage lead times for client review, approval and routing processes so campaign and journey

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 3 years running technical
• Experience delivering programs on enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing
• Proven experience managing platform transitions, agency transitions or large-scale implementations
• Strong understanding of the technical lifecycle of CRM programs: data ingestion, audiences
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and partners across strategy, technology, data, creative and
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet or similar.
