Technical Program Manager (NPI)

📋 Description

• Drive manufacturing execution for assigned hardware NPI workstreams across prototype, EVT, DVT
• Coordinate contract manufacturer readiness for engineering and production builds, including
• Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules, build plans, risk trackers, and issue lists
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and Quality to support process
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution during NPI builds, tracking root cause investigations
• Support build readiness reviews, monitor manufacturing performance and key metrics, and provide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing development, hardware
• Experience supporting hardware NPI programs, engineering builds, or production ramp activities in a
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or external manufacturing partners, preferably in an
• Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes, including SMT, assembly, test, and pack-out
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple
