Technical Program Manager - Paytm Gold

📋 Description

• Own delivery of large cross-team initiatives across the lending lifecycle (LOS, LMS, underwriting, bureau integrations, disbursal & collections).
• Break roadmaps into execution plans, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
• Define scope, owners, dependencies, and timelines; ensure release readiness.
• Act as Scrum Master for multiple squads; run sprint ceremonies; track velocity.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Risk, Ops, Compliance, and Partners.
• Identify cross-system dependencies; drive release calendars; manage UAT and launches.
• Proactively identify risks; escalate with mitigations; provide weekly health updates and RAID logs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in Technical Program Management / Scrum Master roles.
• Experience in Fintech/Payments/Lending or high-scale platforms.
• Strong Agile & Scrum knowledge.
• Agile certification: CSM / PSM / SAFe or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
