• Lead complex, high-priority technical programs from early planning through launch, adoption, and
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate strategy and team objectives into
• Establish program structures, decision-making forums, operating cadences, and accountability across
• Align product, design, engineering, data, operations, and other stakeholders around priorities
• Partner closely with engineering leads to manage technical dependencies, sequencing, delivery
• Identify gaps in strategy or execution, develop recommendations, and drive decisions to move work

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or a similar role
• Independently led multiple high-impact programs involving several technical and business teams.
• Helped take new software products from early planning through launch, adoption, and rapid iteration
• Energized by working directly with users and willing to provide hands-on support while a product is
• Know how to build trust with users, ask good questions, and get candid feedback.
• Can identify patterns across qualitative feedback, usage data, and operational signals and turn
