Technical Program Manager, Platform

📋 Description

• Lead strategic planning and rapid execution for SGP core capabilities (orchestration, APIs) from scope to launch.
• Coordinate GenAI alignment across systems engineering, ML, research, and product.
• Translate infra metrics (LLM inference, GPU usage) into roadmaps for platform features.
• Identify and mitigate risks for massive-scale GenAI infra and global deployments.
• Establish lightweight agile processes and clear SLOs to ensure reliability.
• Track SGP adoption, reliability, and delivery forecasts for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as TPM/PM/Engineer shipping technical products or platforms.
• Platform domain: 3+ years managing core infra, cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
• AI/ML infra literacy: understanding GenAI infra, high-throughput data pipelines, and GPU/CPU clusters.
• Masterful communication: presenting to executives and translating tech challenges into business impact.
• Execution excellence: proficiency with iterative development and tools (Linear, Jira) for infra.
