Technical Program Manager, Platform & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end platform & infrastructure programs (cloud migrations, cost optimization)
• Lead infra cost program: ownership, reporting, and forecasting with Finance
• Drive horizontal platform and infra initiatives across teams
• Engage with strategic vendors (AWS, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic) for capacity and contracts
• Define, measure, and report on platform health metrics (cost, capacity, SLOs)
• Run operating cadences: working groups, reviews, exec readouts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience
• Deep fluency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, DBs, networking, observability, CI/CD
• Experience driving cloud migration, infra cost program, or internal platform buildout
• Proven ability to lead and influence senior engineering stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent written/verbal communication; distill complex tradeoffs for execs
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
