Technical Program Manager, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Drive innovation by solving technical and operational challenges for Public Sector customers
• Leverage technical concepts and tools to create solutions from scratch or improve existing ones
• Use data, analytics, and tech expertise to align resources and add value for public sector customers
• Transition AI/ML tech and processes into public sector products even when requirements are unclear
• Partner with engineering to deliver AI systems for government use cases in CV and generative AI
• Lead a cross-functional team to meet AI/ML objectives

🎯 Requirements

• An active TS/SCI clearance (Full Scope Polygraph is a nice to have)
• 3+ years of experience succeeding in stakeholder management or customer-facing role
• A technical background (education or professional experience with CS, Economics, Statistics, Engineering)
• A deep understanding of ML operations process
• A track record of analytics-driven problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
