Technical Program Manager (Reconciliation)

📋 Description

• Document end-to-end payment and settlement flows.
• Define functional requirements for clearing and reconciliation systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA to ensure transaction correctness.
• Conduct acceptance testing with operations and finance teams.
• Prepare and deliver demos of new solutions or enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and development for implemented solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Product Manager, BSA, or Technical PM in fintech.
• Experience with payment systems: SWIFT, ISO20022, RTGS, clearinghouses.
• Understanding of reconciliation, settlement, and posting.
• Familiarity with banking core systems and lifecycle.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance a plus.
