Technical Program Manager, Robotaxi

📋 Description

• Drive program delivery: Own the lifecycle of robotaxi programs - from vehicle and fleet readiness
• Manage dependencies & risk: Track and manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across
• Coordinate across functions & geographies: Keep engineering, fleet operations, safety, and
• Support launch & operations on the ground: Provide hands-on program support for robotaxi launch
• Support local vehicle programs: As the only TPM in Japan, flex to support local vehicle hardware
• Run delivery rhythms: Run planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retros that keep multi-team delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex, multi-team programs, or a strong record at this level
• Technically strong across software and hardware, credible with engineering teams, capable of
• Effective in ambiguous, safety-critical environments, able to adapt and structure work without
• Skilled at planning, prioritizing, and managing risks and dependencies across teams
• Exceptional communication and collaboration that keeps distributed teams aligned across time zones
• Comfortable working across geographies and cultures, hands-on with vehicles in Japan, Japanese
