Technical Program Manager - Security

📋 Description

• Partner with security engineers, infra, product managers, and legal to deliver security across the SDLC.
• Synthesize security goals from product and threat landscape; map strategy to team tasks.
• Track all project aspects, including vulnerability timelines, incident obligations, and detection gaps.
• Improve cross-team collaboration among security, IT, legal, and customer-facing teams.
• Design and improve security processes to scale programs with less manual effort.
• Drive incident response coordination with clear ownership and post-incident reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing complex security or software programs in an enterprise or startup.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and learn security concepts (threat detection, vulnerability mgmt, incident response, cloud security).
• Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure security incidents.
• Creative program management using lightweight frameworks enabling rapid iteration within security/engineering org.
• Ability to build strong relationships with security teams and customer stakeholders with empathy for end users.
• Meticulous attention to detail, keeping to the security and product quality bar.
