Technical Program Manager, Spacecraft Harnessing

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of all spacecraft harnessing needs entering AI&T
• Deliver complete, validated harnessing systems to Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) testbeds to support
• Support engineering teams by planning harness architecture development for future constellation
• Drive end-to-end program alignment across electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain, and
• Track, analyze, and report key harnessing program metrics—including schedule status, resource
• Track procurement, fabrication, and assembly status for all custom wire harnesses, specialized

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or hardware
• Hands-on technical background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace
• Proven track record managing harness production lifecycles—from initial routing schematics and
• Demonstrated experience managing programs with a complex, multi-tiered, critical-path supply chain.
• Familiarity with program management scheduling and tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft
• U.S. Citizenship required (program is ITAR-restricted).
